Extended Care

Extended care is available for an hour before and after each session but families must contact us directly to be considered. Extended care is $20 per hour, per day and will need to be arranged each day the camper requires the care. Your account balance will reflect how many extended care days are arranged, and payment in full must be made before the last day of camp concludes. Please contact us with any additional needs you have, and we’ll evaluate on a case by case basis.

Drop Off & Pick Up

Where to go on Day 1: Please look over our player assignment and age group location sheets that will be emailed to all participants two weeks prior to camp, so you know exactly where to go on Day 1 with your camper. All campers will be checked in first at our Check-In table, and then the player(s) will head to their designated Staff Coaches. If you need help finding where to go after reading over your camp email, please reach out to us.

What do we do at check-in, and what is the process? After checking in at our Check-In table, please escort your camper to their Staff Coaches.  Please introduce yourself and your camper to their coaches before leaving. All campers' belongings for the day will be kept underneath his/her age group's tent, so place neatly on the ground. Our Staff Coaches will ask your first and last name, and if your camper has any medical needs that they should be aware of.  After the camper is fully checked in, parents are allowed to leave.

Lunch & Snack Breaks

A provided lunch option is included during registration this year and will be supplied either through Whitefield Academy's cafeteria provider, Sage or through an in-house catering vendor.  It will be an additional expense that camp registration does not cover. Campers who do not purchase the provided lunch option must bring their own lunch everyday.  You can check to see if you have purchased the lunch option by logging into your account and checking the Registration details.

There are also snack times included before lunch and after lunch. Campers must bring a snack to camp every day (bring one if enrolled in half day camp and bring two if enrolled in full day camp). Refrigeration is not available if you choose to bring your own lunch, so please plan on bringing a lunchbox if your food requires it.

Refunds, Credits, and Weather

There are no camp refunds, but we extend camp credits for extenuating circumstances. Extenuating circumstances examples include: COVID, funerals, family emergencies, and other cases we deem extenuating. Any registration cancellations during the week prior to camp or during the week of camp are not eligible for credits. Camp day(s) are not made up if missed due to weather. All requests for refunds and credits must be made no later than the last day of your child's registered camp, or we can not consider the request.

Camper Medical Needs

A printed list of all camper insurance and medical needs will be on site at all days of camp and left with the camper's staff coach. Please bring any epi pens, inhalers, or other needs and drop off with the staff coach on the first day of camp with any instructions.

Frequently Asked Questions

What to bring to camp? Every camper needs to bring a soccer ball, shin guards, athletic clothes or cleats, water bottle, snack, and lunch to camp EVERY day, plus any medical equipment (epi pens, inhalers, etc). Hats, watches, and sunglasses are allowed, but Staff maintain the right to ask any camper to remove if they deem unsafe. Jewelry is not allowed. Make sure to bring plenty of sunscreen!

Will there be water to refill my child's water bottle during the day? Yes, definitely! We'll have three large water coolers that will be filled with water and ice every few hours, so campers can drink as much water as possible and then refill them back up.

Are there bathrooms available on campus? Yes. There will be both men's and women's bathrooms available to use for camp.

Can someone else pick up my camper? You are allowed to give permission to others to drop off or pick up your child, but prior notice MUST be given, or we can not allow the child to leave with the adult. Please contact us to let us know who to expect for drop off or pick up.

What about inclement weather and cancellation of camp? If there is any thunder or lightning, Staff will immediately remove everyone from the field to our Safe Shelter. Camp will only be cancelled due to extreme and prolonged weather, and all parents will be notified via email. Please read over additional details found in our Camp Credits, Refunds, Cancellations, and Weather policies.
